We build more resilient, sustainable, and profitable supply chains

EFFP is a niche agri-food consultancy specialising in supply chain relationships and the strategic sourcing of raw materials.

We have over 19 years of experience helping food and agricultural businesses build collaborative supply chains that deliver sustainable and profitable results for all involved.

Known for our creative and effective approach, we pride ourselves on our long-term client partnerships and strong roots in food and agriculture.

In addition to our supply chain work, we also help businesses develop and implement strategic change, including strategic reviews, business planning and behavioural change.

Camgrain have worked closely with EFFP ever since it was established in 2004. During this time Camgrain has grown to become a highly effective grain storage and marketing co-operative handling around 500,000 tonnes of combinable crops annually. We have used the EFFP services on many occasions to help Camgrain develop in many ways, including setting clear strategic policies and building closer relationships within the supply chain we operate within. We have always found EFFP to be highly professional and effective and we continue to use their services as and when appropriate.

EFFP has been working closely with us over the last 2 to 3 years to help us understand how Brexit would impact the business and what steps we need to take to mitigate the challenges presented. Their approach and foresight in terms of the environment we were operating in, as well as their ability to consider Brexit scenarios was pivotal in terms of ensuring we had the right steps in place. Without doubt, their work has put us on the front foot in these challenging times.
